Because of the nature of our products — whether digital or physical — all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Digital Products

Once a digital file (e-book, download, template, or course material) has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue a refund. Digital items are immediately accessible upon payment and cannot be “returned.”

Physical Products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for physical products (such as books, apparel, or merchandise) unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In those rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

Events, Services, & Coaching

All event registrations, coaching sessions, and service fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
